Make this healthy, easy Cinnamon Apple Peach Smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack! Naturally flavored and sweetened with fruit! 



  • 2 peaches, pits removed, cut into eighths 
  • 1 apple, peeled, core removed, cut into eighths 
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups water


  1. Add the peach, apple, water, and cinnamon stick in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick.
  2. Pour the fruit and its liquid into a mixer and blend. Add sugar if desired. Refrigerate for at least two hours before drinking.
