Make this healthy, easy Cinnamon Apple Peach Smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack! Naturally flavored and sweetened with fruit!
- 2 peaches, pits removed, cut into eighths
- 1 apple, peeled, core removed, cut into eighths
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups water
- Add the peach, apple, water, and cinnamon stick in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick.
- Pour the fruit and its liquid into a mixer and blend. Add sugar if desired. Refrigerate for at least two hours before drinking.
