Bring the apple cider to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until cider is reduced down to 1/2 cup. Set aside to cool

Mix together the cinnamon, flour, salt, light brown sugar and nuts. Stir in the butter. Place crumble in the fridge.

Whisk to combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices  and salt.

Beat the butter and sugars, on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla followed by the egg. Add the apple cider followed by the sour cream.
