Cinnamon Apple Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches pits removed, cut into eighths
  • 1 apple peeled, core removed, cut into eighths
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Add the peach, apple, water, and cinnamon stick in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick.
  • Pour the fruit and its liquid into a mixer and blend. Add sugar if desired. Refrigerate for at least two hours before drinking.
