    • 1 (1) avocado peeled and pitted
    • 1 (1) banana fresh or frozen and lightly chopped
    • 1 (1) kiwi peeled and halved
    • 1 cup (236.59 ml) milk
    • sugar to taste optional

    Instructions
     

    • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy right away!

    Notes

    Milk: Feel free to use your favorite type of milk.
    Thickness: For a thinner smoothie, add more milk. 
    Storage: This smoothie is best enjoyed right after making.

      I loved the smoothie but I made a little modification since I couldn’t taste the kiwi much, I added one teaspoon of sugar and one extra kiwi to it. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

      When in Morocco we only wanted a light dinner. Our host made what I remember as a cold avocado soup. My Facebook memory popped up and I see that it was not just avocado but this same combination! I can’t wait to try this.

      I like it but I change to almond milk unsweetened and no sweetness inside just everything that it says without sweetness because it’s sweet one itself already and it tastes yummy.
      I also put pure cacao powder inside with flaxseed and soy protein, tastes awesome and good replacement for evening dinner…
