- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen and lightly chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled and halved
- 1 cup milk
- sugar to taste (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy right away!
- Feel free to substitute a different type of milk for regular milk.
- Use 1 1/2 cups milk if you would like to thin if you want a thinner smoothie
