    I crave this easy Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie year round. It’s cold and refreshing anytime of the day during the summer and it brightens up my breakfast in the winter. Use fresh or frozen fruit and make it with milk for a creamy, healthy treat!

    EASY SMOOTHIE TO MAKE

    When I want a quick, healthy breakfast, I love whipping up a strawberry pineapple smoothie. It has five ingredients and can be made in five minutes.

    Another convenient thing about this smoothie is that the ingredients are things that you probably already have on hand in your fridge or freezer. You can use fresh or frozen fruit.

    NATURALLY SWEET

    Depending on the sweetness of your fruit and depending on your taste buds, you might want to a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

    • ½ cup frozen strawberries
